WARRANTY and RETURN POLICY
2-Year Warranty

 

 PHOTON HARMONIZER in the unlikely event that you have a problem the following conditions apply:

The PHOTON HARMONIZER UNIT MUST NOT BE OPENED UP OR THE WARRANTY IS VOIDED  !

What is covered: All parts are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship.

For how long: For two years from the purchase date.

CDs are not returnable unless damaged during shipment in which case they will be replaced. This is due to the ease of copying them.

What we will do: We will repair or replace any defective parts.


What you must do:
1. Contact us for return and shipping instructions. You can call us at 1-941-536-1820 or email us at (info@altmedsales.com). Pack the product in its original carton, and in the same manner in which you received it, or as identical as possible.
2. Include proof of purchase inside the box.
3. Label and ship the unit, freight prepaid and insured (by the customer)  to:

Other Conditions
The provisions of this warranty are in lieu of any other written warranty, whether express or implied, written or oral, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The manufacturer's maximum liability shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid by you for the product. In no event shall the manufacturer be liable for special, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages. This warranty does not cover a defect that resulted from improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, accident, improper packing, or unauthorized tampering, alteration, or modification as determined solely by us. The product must be returned in resaleable condition and not be damaged in any way.

90-Day Replacement Policy
If any part requires repair during the first 90 days after receiving your PHOTON HARMONIZER, due to manufacturer defect, then Sacred Enterprises LLC will replace it with a new PHOTON HARMONIZER
. This does not cover broken Plasma Tubes or CDs unless they are broken during our shipment or they are defective in which case they will be replaced. We insure these products when we ship them to cover any damage that may occur during shipping.

What you must do:

3. Include proof of purchase inside box. A copy of our email or printed invoice is sufficient.
4. Label and ship the unit, freight prepaid and insured (by customer), to the address provided.
5. After receiving an RMA number from us this RMA number should be clearly marked on all 4 sides of the shipment being returned.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your PHOTON HARMONIZER, you can return it to Sacred Enterprises LLC for a full refund of the amount of the purchase minus a 15
% restocking fee. You have 30 days to do so from the time you receive your order. This does not cover your shipping costs. Overseas orders have a 20% restocking fee plus any shipping charges or additional expenses incurred.

You must first contact us to obtain a return authorization number and further instructions. To avoid a delay in getting your refund to you, include a copy of your email or printed invoice. You can even just include a note that provides your name, address, phone number, and invoice number if possible.

Note: If you order more than one unit, and return part of your order within the 30 day period, your total price will be adjusted according to how many units you keep. Then, you will be credited the difference between what you originally paid, and the adjusted price.

It is highly recommended that you make sure the item you returned can be tracked (additional fee with the Post Office, but standard with other delivery services). You should also insure the item in case of damages or if the item gets lost by the shipping company.
